Solution

The company partnered with Haptik to build a WhatsApp-based event registration flow that streamlined on-ground lead capture, supported multi-location scale, and enforced strict data validation to remove duplicate entries.

 

  • WhatsApp-based QR lead capture: QR codes placed at event locations allowed doctors to scan and submit their details via a WhatsApp form, driving a 5x increase in qualified leads.

  • Efficient lead management: All captured data was seamlessly stored in the Interakt platform, which served as a centralized CRM for real-time lead management.

  • Duplication prevention logic: A validation logic ensured each doctor could register only once. Even if a user attempted to scan the same or a different QR code again, the agent detected the duplicate and blocked re-registration, preventing repeat distributions of goody bag.
