The Smart Skill will help users view their previous bills.


  • The IVA will be trained to help users view their previous bills.
  • The IVA will first verify the user.
  • The user will enter the month and year for which the bill is needed.
  • The IVA will fetch the details of the last bills via the GET PREVIOUS BILL API.
  • The IVA can also email the previous bills via the SEND BILL API.
