Capabilities

The IVA will help the user to check the order status of the new sim card ordered.
The IVA will first fetch the active orders via the GET ORDER API.
The user can then proceed by selecting a specific order.
The IVA will retrieve the status of the order via the TRACK ORDER API.
The order details can be fetched with the help of any unique identifier as well Order Id, tracking id, phone number.
