View UL Statement (ULIP)

This Smart Skill will help the user retrieve UL statements of their policy.

Capabilities


  • The user can raise a request for a UL statement (ULIP) on the IVA.
  • After authenticating the user, the IVA will showcase all the policies of the user via the GET POLICIES API.
  • The user can then select the policy for which the UL statement (ULIP) will get triggered.
  • The IVA will display the UL statement (ULIP) to the user in a pdf/jpg format via a GENERATE UL STATEMENT API.
  • The IVA can also email the UL statement (ULIP) to the registered email address via a SEND UL STATEMENT API.
