This Smart Skill can update a user’s claim associated with a policy

Capabilities

  • The IVA can update their claim associated with a policy.
  • After authenticating the user, the IVA will get the claim details via the GET CLAIM DETAILS API
  • The IVA will then ask the user to enter the new information they want to update.
  • The IVA will capture this information and share it with the client via the UPDATE CLAIM API.
