This Smart Skill will help the user with updates on their claim process.

Capabilities


  • The user can track a claim on the IVA.
  • After authenticating the user, the IVA will showcase the active claims via the GET ACTIVE CLAIMS API.
  • The user then selects a claim they want to track.
  • The IVA will then display the claim status to the user in text format via the TRACK CLAIM API.
