This Smart Skill will help the user retrieve a previously created premium quote.

  • The prospective user already has a pre-existing quote.
  • The user will turn to the IVA to retrieve the quote.
  • The IVA will ask the user for a reference id/unique identifier.
  • The IVA will then display the retrieved quote to the user via the GET EXISTING QUOTE API
