  • The IVA will be trained to provide roadside assistance based on the user’s location.
  • The IVA will ask the user to enter their location like city name, pincode, lat/long etc.
  • The IVA will display the list of assistance along with their contact information near the user’s location via the FIND ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE BY LOCATION API.
