Request Policy Copy

This Smart Skill will help the user to request a copy of the policy.

Capabilities


  • The user can raise a request for a policy copy on the IVA.
  • After authenticating the user, the IVA will showcase all the policies of the user via the GET POLICY API.
  • The user can then select the policy for which the policy copy will get triggered.
  • The IVA will display the policy copy to the user in a pdf/jpg format via the GENERATE POLICY COPY API.
  • The IVA can also email the policy copy to the registered email address via the SEND POLICY API.
