This Smart Skill will help the user raise a request for the renewal of their policy.

  • The user can raise a request for the renewal of their policy on the IVA.
  • After authenticating the user, the IVA will showcase all the policies of the user via the GET POLICY API.
  • The user can then select the policy they would like to renew.
  • The IVA will display the unique renewal link via the RENEW POLICY API.
