This Smart Skill will help the user request for retrieving e-statements for their policy.

Capabilities


  • The IVA will share e-statements requested by the user.
  • The IVA will first authenticate & verify the user.
  • Once the user is verified, the IVA will then share the types of statements available.
  • The user will select the type of statement.
  • The IVA will share the pdf version of the statement to the user via the GET STATEMENT API
  • The IVA can also email the statement to the registered email address via the SEND STATEMENT API.
