This Smart Skill will help the users with raising a request to get the insurance cards emailed or delivered.

Capabilities


  • The user can raise a request to get insurance ID cards on the IVA.
  • After authenticating the user, the IVA will showcase all the policies of the user via the GET POLICIES API.
  • The user can then select the policy for which the ID card is required.
  • The IVA will display the ID card to the user in image/pdf format via the GET ID CARD FOR POLICY API.
  • The IVA can also email the ID card to the registered email address via the SEND ID CARD FOR POLICY API
