The IVA will be trained to help the user find a repair facility based on their location preference.
The IVA will ask the user to enter their location like city name, pincode, or send their location using the geo-location feature
The IVA will display the list of repair facilities near the user’s location via the FIND REPAIR FACILITIES BY LOCATION API.
