This Smart Skill will help the user find an insurance plan as per their requirements.

Capabilities


  • The prospective user can turn to the IVA for an insurance plan.
  • The IVA will ask the user to select the category of insurance – life insurance, savings or investments.
  • The IVA will then share recommended insurance plans with the user via the GET INSURANCE PLAN API.
  • The IVA will then collect the user’s information like name, email, and phone number to generate a lead via the CREATE LEAD API.
