This Smart Skill will help the user with the status of their policy.

Capabilities


  • The user can enquire about their policy status on the IVA.
  • After authenticating the user, the IVA will showcase all the policies of the user via the GET POLICY API.
  • The user can then select the policy for which the policy status is required.
  • The IVA will display the policy status to the user in text format via a GET POLICY STATUS API.
