Change Nominee

This Smart Skill will help the user in changing the nominee details.



  • The IVA can change the user’s nominee associated with a policy.
  • After authenticating the user, the IVA will show the current list of nominees to the user via the GET NOMINEES API and ask the user which one they would want to change.
  • The user will then select the one they want to change and enter information for a new nominee.
  • The IVA will capture this information and share it with the client via an UPDATE NOMINEE API.
