This Smart Skill will help the user update the information on their profile



  • The IVA will be trained to update the user’s profile detail
  • The IVA will first verify the user’s account
  • The IVA will then establish which details the user would like to change like phone number, email, address
  • The IVA will collect the required details to be updated and process the request via the UPDATE USER DETAILS API.
