This Smart Skill will display the user’s previous and current order details.

Capabilities


  • The IVA will be trained to fetch the user’s past & active orders using the GET ORDER LIST API
  • The IVA will first present a list of all the orders which will also contain some basic order details and descriptions – Date, no of items, etc.
  • The orders can also be fetched with the help of any unique identifier – phone number, email address
