Capabilities

  • The IVA will be trained to showcase the user’s order status.
  • The IVA will first fetch the list of active orders via the GET ORDER API.
  • The user can then proceed by selecting a specific order.
  • The IVA will then retrieve the status of the selected order via the TRACK ORDER API.
  • The order details can be fetched with the help of any unique identifier as well – Order Id, tracking id, phone number.
