The Smart Skill will collect product feedback from the user

Capabilities

  • The IVA will be trained to take feedback on a purchase/product from the user.
  • The IVA will fetch the recent products that were ordered by the user using the GET ORDER PRODUCTS API
  • The user will input their feedback (Likert scale) for a particular product.
  • The IVA will log the product feedback via the CAPTURE PRODUCT FEEDBACK API.
