This Smart Skill will share the invoice details with the user on the registered email address

Capabilities


  • The IVA will be trained to help users view their previous bills.
  • The IVA will first verify the user.
  • The user will enter the month and year for which the invoice is needed.
  • The IVA will fetch the details of the invoice via the GET INVOICE API.
  • The IVA can also email the invoice via the SEND INVOICE API.
