The user can raise a request to resume a suspended connection.
After verifying the user, the IVA will present the list of suspended -up boxes available in the account via the GET ACCOUNT DETAILS API.
The user can then select a set-top box they wish to resume the connection to.
The IVA will then process the activation request via the ACTIVATE SET-TOP API
