Request for Temporary Suspension

This Smart Skill will help users to temporarily disable services to the set-top box they don’t require

Capabilities


  • The user can raise a request for a temporary suspension.
  • After verifying the user, the IVA will present the list of set-up boxes available in the account via the GET ACCOUNT DETAILS API.
  • The user can then select a set-top box they wish to temporarily suspend.
  • The IVA will then process the suspension request via the SUSPEND SET-TOP API
