Capabilities


  • The IVA will be equipped to help users with modifying their plan details
  • The IVA will first verify the user’s account
  • The IVA will then recommend appropriate plans via the GET RECOMMENDATIONS API
  • Once the user makes a choice the IVA will then process the request via the MODIFY PLAN API
