Capabilities


  • The user can turn to the IVA to fix error codes that appear on the TV screen.
  • The IVA will first verify the users account
  • The IVA will ask the user to describe the error visible on the TV screen
  • The IVA will then run the TROUBLE SHOOTING API
  • If the issue still persists, the user can raise a ticket via the CREATE TICKET API
