As we are expanding our global presence, we are looking for a senior leader to build and scale the North America market for Haptik.
You will be responsible for growing Haptik’s business in the North America market. You will actively prospect clients, build relationships and close business in a fully remote sales set up.
This position reports into the CBO, overall working closely with the leadership in the company. While you know how to work hard, you also know how to have fun at work and make friends with your colleagues.
Identify, prioritize and close new clients to meet our revenue and gross profit objectives in a completely remote sales set up
Build a pipeline of your own using various B2B database tools by prospecting and cold calling
Own end to end sales funnel for the client, right from the initial introduction to doing demos, use case identification and agreement closure for that leads that are assigned to you
Work closely with marketing, pre-sales and product teams to close business
Prepare sales proposals, RFPs, agreements and sales collaterals to ensure timely sale closures.
Demonstrate high account management standards to ensure customer satisfaction
Track progress of market-specific business improvements, competitors and measure impact
Travelling to the assigned markets might be required for customer meeting, industry events and roadshows
8-10 years of experience, preferably in SaaS sales roles, selling into international markets
Previous experience in SaaS, enterprise software experience a plus
Meets the values framework of Haptik of having an entrepreneurial DNA, high aptitude and extremely persevering attitude
Proven leadership abilities and business acumen
Understanding of SaaS and the cloud business
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
